Failure to include this info can result in delays in processing . I ordered Promos from Promogoons , and had another service working simultaneously on my account . Now my promos have come up short . Why is that ?
We use the counters to track our work . Using two promos at a time prevents either service from accurately tracking our results . Why ? Because if promogoons starts at 1000 and you ordered 5000 our goal is to reach 6000 to complete the order . Once we’ve reached 6000 , our work is done . If you use a second service at the same time , we may be counting each others work . So neither you , the other service , or promogoons know who did what . DO NOT RUN SIMULTANEOUS PROMOTIONS. We cannot be held responsible for low counts when using simultaneous promos .
